My name is Sebastien Wilson. I’m an ACE-certified personal trainer, Recreation Coordinator at Purdue University Fort Wayne, and former Division I track & field athlete.
My goal is simple: help people build strength, confidence, and consistency through practical, results-driven training. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall fitness, I create personalized programs that are effective, sustainable, and built around your lifestyle.
